  To add ultimate strength to your existing main caps, FCR has introduced a strap cnc
machined from 4140 hardened steel to stop cap flex. The tops of your caps must be
machined flat and half inch longer studs or bolts are required. These caps are one
inch thick and stepped to a half inch at the bolt holes also pocket milled for strength.
    We now have our timing cover sets completed. These are cnc machined billet covers
for your Oldsmobile that use rubber seals, a cam thrust button, and two piece design for
camshaft adjustments with little effort while looking sharp. These can be ordered anodized
or polished at additional cost. Below is a picture of the timing cover installed on an engine.
Below is our new valve covers. It's a whole new style for Oldsmobile and change the look of an engine to the professional appearance Terry (MR OLDS) was looking for when designing these. The lettering is first engraved into the valve cover then painted in. These are available as you see them, or with whatever you want it to say on them, or bare. We sell them with the brush texture as pictured or polished for additional cost. It is a five bolt design allowing it for use on all olds heads. They have a thick rail and won't flex so there is no leaks. This is a well designed piece and looks even better in person! Call for further options and details.
 This picture shows the difference in the street style valve cover. It's shorter and the top two bolts are on the rail, not tubed like the other cover. This cover has all the options of the one above, it is made to fit where only stock height is permitted.  Below is our new billet oil filler pipe. It has a threaded insert to screw on your choice of K&N breather, plastic or chrome oil fill cap, all pictured below. The oil fill pipe is shorter than stock and enhances the appearance of your engine. When using this fill pipe with the K&N breather we drill behind the carburetor into the intake manifold and install a pcv valve and found with these two items in place it's adequate for full release of crank case pressure, so there is no need for breathers in the valve covers! The end result is a clean looking engine.
